My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and warm, offering ample space and everything I needed, yet there was a strange incident with the police. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mel, a staff member who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was a bit off and lacked a family-friendly vibe, although it was convenient for transportation. The dining experience was basic but saved by the surrounding amenities and easy access to various eateries. Overall, a decent stay with some quirks.

The hotel rooms had everything you would need and were as expected from a Holiday Inn - clean with comfortable beds. However, the room had a scruffy, badly worn patch of carpet next to the door, wallpaper peeling, and dirty stained carpet. The service was ideal for business folk or those attending concerts at the nearby Ethiad Stadium; the staff was friendly and helpful. The dining options were decent but could be improved, with comments on overcooked sausages and dried-out scrambled eggs. The hotel provided a good variety of choices but sometimes ran out of items in the morning. The facilities were satisfactory, and the price was considered reasonable for the value provided.
